By accessing or using Pocket Keyworker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
Pocket Keyworker is a digital platform providing tools for supported accommodation providers to support young people in developing independence skills. The service includes life skills resources, progress tracking, and support planning tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or code
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of the content you create within the platform. By using the service, you grant us a licence to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
6. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will provide an opportunity to export your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
